Job Description: Delivery Boy – Bakery Position : Delivery Boy Location : Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka Employment Type : Full-time Reporting To : Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Timely Deliveries : Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of bakery products to customers, retail outlets, or corporate clients. Route Optimization : Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to save time and fuel. Product Handling : Ensure bakery items are handled with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transportation. Customer Interaction : Provide excellent customer service, including collecting payments and obtaining delivery confirmations. Vehicle Maintenance : Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in clean and working condition, reporting any issues to the management. Order Coordination : Collaborate with the bakery staff to confirm and verify orders before leaving for deliveries. Adherence to Safety Standards : Follow traffic rules and safety regulations to ensure safe transportation. Qualifications and Requirements Educational Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). Experience : Prior experience in delivery services is a plus but not mandatory. Skills : Basic knowledge of local routes and locations. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff. License : Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and carry packages without damages.
