deliver cakes and other baked items to customers, venues, or partner businesses on schedule. Handle cakes with care to prevent damage, especially during loading, transport, and delivery. Verify delivery details and ensure each order is complete and accurate before departure. Communicate professionally with customers and resolve minor delivery issues on the spot. Use GPS and planning tools to find the most efficient routes. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning delivery vehicle. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols during transport. Obtain delivery confirmations and keep accurate delivery logs. Assist in bakery tasks such as packaging orders when required.
