About the Role

Communications & Engagement Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  clutter-breaking content

  on themes like inclusion, belonging, and representation through stories, reels, long-form articles, interviews, short videos, contests, polls, and more.
• Connect with employees across teams and locations to

  discover and document real stories

  that showcase our DEIB journey.
• Build and sustain

  conversations and engagement

  on internal platforms such as

  Viva Engage

  and

  WhatsApp

  , particularly within

  Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

  such as:
• Mothers in Corporate
  
• Women in Sales
  
• Women in Mid/Senior Management
  
• Gen Z Communities
  
• Support

  DEIB campaigns and events

  from large-scale observances like International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) to everyday nudges that foster inclusive behaviours.
  

Core Skills & Attributes

• Storytelling & Content Creation:

  Strong ability to write, record, and create engaging content across diverse formats (posts, reels, videos, interviews).

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with people across levels and functions.

• Community Engagement:

  Interest or experience in building and sustaining conversations within internal communities or digital platforms.

• Digital Fluency:

  Familiarity with tools such as

  Viva Engage

  ,

  WhatsApp

  ,

  Canva

  ,

  SharePoint

  , or similar digital/social platforms.

• Curiosity & Empathy:

  Genuine interest in people’s experiences, with sensitivity toward diverse perspectives and voices.
