Performance Management & Leadership Development: Drive performance evaluation processes, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Compensation, Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and benefits administration while ensuring legal compliance. HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvements. Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices. Exit & Retention Strategies: Manage resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and implement employee retention strategies.Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Tech with an MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: Minimum 8 - 12 years of HR leadership experience. Expertise in: HR policies, talent management, labor laws, and employee engagement.
