MEP ENGINEER1. Supervise and execute the installation of plumbing, electrical & Fire fighting, HVAC work.2. Maintain proper labour force to complete the specified work3. Assist the site engineer in technical ongoing work.4. Calculate the material requirement for a particular job.5. Ensure the execution of work as per drawings & specifications and ensure the quality of work.6. Understanding the drawing discrepancies, if any.7. Control the work execution of wastage material.8. Coordinate with store to issue materials on time.9. Prepare requisition for materials in advance.10. Prepare electrical drawings and layouts using Auto CAD 2D.11. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate designs.12. Maintain and update electrical schematics and documentation.13. Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.14. Assist in resolving design-related queries during the project lifecycle.15. Supervise the work in installing, repairing, or maintaining electrical systems, including electrical wiring, conduits, transformers, lighting, switches, breakers, fuses, power lines, junction boxes, pumps, panels and motors etc. Billing EngineerBilling Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in abstracts of cost, abstracts of quantity, measurement sheets, BOQ sheets MOP, NGL sheets, material reconciliation, price variation, BBS, and amendment of quantity for accurate and timely client billing. Meet deadlines for bill submissions and review and verify all bills details.Contractor Billing: Thoroughly check and prepare subcontractor bills, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
