Job Description: As a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) at Baroda Global Shared Services Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Baroda, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue loans/accounts. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with RBI & IIBF DRA regulatory guidelines, working towards achieving monthly recovery and collection targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth recovery operations.
