Job Description

A Collection Telecaller, also known as a Tele Collection Executive or a Collection Agent, is primarily responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments to collect outstanding debts Outbound Calling: Making calls to customers with overdue accounts to initiate collection efforts. Customer Interaction: Communicating professionally and persuasively with customers, understanding their financial situations, and negotiating payment terms. Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements in a CRM system.
