Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dealer Sales Executive to drive retail and fleet sales of Commercial Vehicles , including Heavy Trucks, Tippers, and Buses . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, a strong understanding of commercial vehicle customer needs, and a successful track record in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry. Dibrugarh Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Actively engage in vehicle sales to individual and fleet customers through dealer channels. Lead Conversion: Identify, follow up, and convert potential leads into sales through dealer visits, fieldwork, and customer interactions. Product Demonstration: Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain key features and benefits to customers. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with transporters, construction companies, logistics firms, and other commercial vehicle buyers. Market Coverage: Conduct regular market visits to generate business, identify new opportunities, and maintain customer databases. Coordination: Work closely with dealership teams, finance representatives, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, inquiries, and conversions to management. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Commercial Vehicles (preferably Heavy Trucks, Buses, or Tippers). - Experience is must. Education: Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in sales/marketing/automobiles is preferred. Sales Skills: Strong ability to understand customer needs, negotiate, and close sales. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BS-VI vehicles, vehicle financing, and commercial applications is highly desirable. Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories. Other: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
