Dealer Development Manager – Automobile Industry Location: Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 3 to 5 Years Industry: Automobile / Automotive Dealership Network Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Dealer Development Manager to join our growing team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new dealer opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving dealer sales performance across the Chennai region. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and appoint new dealers in high-potential territories to increase brand visibility and sales reach. Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer KPIs, ensure target achievement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Dealer Training: Conduct onboarding and ongoing product, process, and customer service training for dealer staff. Market Intelligence: Analyze regional market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to support strategic planning. Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with key dealers to drive loyalty and brand commitment. Support & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute dealer-level promotions, events, and customer engagement programs. Compliance: Ensure all dealers adhere to company policies, branding guidelines, and legal documentation.
