Determine the purchasing strategy, extending the supplier base and verifying current contracts (suppliers' flexibility, quality of suppliers, diversification of deliveries) Develop and implement strategy and objectives for the assigned department and contribute to the development of the strategy/policies on a higher level, in line with the overall strategy, business needs and external developments of De Heus and the specific field (Financially) Manage people and resources within the assigned business unit and manage the employee lifecycle, ensure staffing and increase enablement of people within own team, in line with strategy and policies of own business unit, the De Heus guidelines and HR policies and procedures Building an efficient team of employees by coordinating pro-quality activities and training of employees Support other departments (esp. production) with knowledge, information about stock and availability on the market Build, maintain and overseeing a network of collaborative internal and external stakeholders/suppliers and represent own business unit and De Heus group to external suppliers in line with the De Heus guidelines Price and trend monitoring on domestic and international raw materials markets and estimation of impact on the central market Candidate profile Academic level of thinking with at least 12-15 years of relevant experience, OR higher vocational education with more than 15 years of relevant experience
Job Title: Project Manager Department: General Location: India Reports to Commercial Director/ Dotted line to MD India Job Purpose Own the cluster programme set up with all cluster partners. Lead the project, work with stakeholders, oversee all the planned activities from inception to year 3, manage the reporting and be the go-to person for the project. Be independent in your project management. Key Activity Prepare project planning with Vietnam project manager, set up project organization and project plan. Update project plan to record development in the project. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Translate grant objectives into a 3year master plan with workbreakdown structure, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers; establish Project Management Office (PMO) activities (steering, working groups, partner ops calls). Build and maintain a Program Charter, governance calendar, and decision logs; ensure alignment across India & NL stakeholders. Design and monitor budgets as per RVO allocation. Oversee and activate all activities as per activity and results overview Final Grant for the whole duration of the project. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects within set time and budget. Manage the relationship with the RVO and all stakeholders, (Dutch partners, Indian partner, KVK and Poultry Federation). Organize and lead project meetings with internal and external parties. Publish Inception Report, Progress Reports, and Final Closure/Impact Report as per RVO timelines and templates; maintain evidence packs (attendance, photos, training logs, Monitoring & Evaluation datasets). Others: Do market research on potential vendors to help execute the programme. Vendors can be constructors of the infrastructure for barn house for instance. Preparing contracts/agreements/legal documents in projects in condition of cooperating with legal department. Perform reporting according to RVO reporting requirements Oversee pay out of grants to cluster partners. Work in conjunction with finance manager to decide on best way of allocation of funds from tax and legal perspective. Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelor or University degree in business, engineering, industrial management. Or equivalent proven work experience. Experience Over 5 years of working experience in project management at Integration company or MNC. (Technical) knowledge of animal nutrition industry desirable.
