Dcs Engineer - Industrial Automation

Job Description

Design, develop, and program DCS/PLC for automation systems in manufacturing or industrial applications. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of PLC, HMI and DCS programs to resolve system faults and improve system performance. Strong knowledge of programming languages (Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Function Block, etc.), HMI and SCADA. Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, BACnet, Profibus, Device Net, RS-232, RS-485 & RS-422. Knowledge on MCC/VFD Drives/ Soft starters communication with DCS/PLC Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and deliver customized automation solutions Good Knowledge on electrical drawing Experience on site commissioning and customer coordination Gather customer requirements and develop related applications and programs Provide technical leadership require for project implementation through design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied Database querying (MS SQL and My SQL) and third-party communication Must have good verbal and written communication skills Should be a quick learner with sound logical abilitie
