Role & responsibilities Review & supplement the detailed project report/concept report and all design reports as availableAssistance in preparation of preliminary design and tender for elevated StructuresReview & proof checking of the detailed design and construction designDesigning and reviewing all the elevated structures involved in the project, Shall work in close coordination with Project Manager for successful delivery of structural drawings to Client. Proof checking of designs, Review of detailed design and construction drawings, Develop preliminary structural designs and dimensional details of structural members, Interacting with client, contractor and site; Review contractors design and interface coordination for system in accordance with the technical specifications, Review of construction /Implementation Schedule, Review of the detailed designs configuration. Preferred candidate profile BE/B. Tech with 7+ years of experience in Metro rail/ Large Infrastructure projects.Diploma with 10+ years of experience in Metro rail/ Large Infrastructure projects.

Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. Foster relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.2. Key Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.3. Order Intake: Lead the process of securing new projects and contracts. Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project initiation.4. Stakeholder Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in India and Germany. Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners.5. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Maintain high-quality standards for proposal submissions.6. Departmental Leadership: Oversee the Business Development department, including team management and performance evaluation. Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven track record in business development, within the Rail/Metro industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with compliance requirements and quality management. Ability to work across cultures and geographies.
