Dayforce Online Trainer

The trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering online training content, guiding learners through real-time scenarios, and ensuring they gain in-depth understanding of Dayforce modules such as Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and Benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct 

  live online training sessions

   on Ceridian Dayforce HCM modules.
• Design and update 

  training materials, lesson plans, and practical assignments

  .
• Deliver sessions tailored to the learning needs of participants (beginner to advanced levels).
• Demonstrate 

  hands-on configuration and navigation

   within the Dayforce environment.
• Support learners with 

  queries, exercises, and case studies

   during the training period.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on 

  latest Dayforce releases, updates, and features

  .
• Record sessions and ensure materials are well-organised for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 

  Ceridian Dayforce HCM

   (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Prior experience as a 

  corporate trainer, online instructor, or internal process trainer

   is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge in one or more modules: Payroll, HR, Workforce Management, Benefits, or Time & Attendance.
• Excellent 

  communication and presentation skills

  .
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a 

  clear, structured, and engaging manner

  .
• Familiarity with 

  online training tools

   (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
