About the job: The Assistant Manager - SEO & Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies to improve organic search rankings, manage paid campaigns, client acquisitions, and drive measurable business results. Manage link-building campaigns and outreach activities. 5. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. 6. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices. B. Performance Marketing 1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels. 2. Set up and manage PPC campaigns, display ads, retargeting, and shopping ads. 3. Optimize campaign performance for ROI, CTR, and conversion rate. 4. A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for improved performance. 5. Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to align paid strategies with brand objectives. C. Analytics & Reporting 1. Track, measure, and report the performance of SEO and paid campaigns. 2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. 3. Maintain campaign dashboards and ensure accurate performance tracking with UTM parameters and analytics tools. 4. Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers for SEO- and ad-related deliverables.
