Description
As an Associate III - Data Engineering at UST, you will be a valuable member of our team, dedicated to helping the world's best organizations succeed through transformation. With over 26,000 employees in 25 countries, together we build for boundless impact, touching billions of lives in the process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop algorithms and REST APIs in collaboration with the engineering team. - Utilize Python for data analysis and algorithm development. - Apply Industrial sensor systems and time series analysis to predict failures/anomalies. - Implement techniques such as segmentation, anomaly detection, and change point detection. - Demonstrate proficiency in machine learning algorithms (e.g., scikit-learn) and statistical methods. - Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn) for effective communication of insights. - Work with REST API and ORCL data systems. - Utilize data processing and manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). - Utilize problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry. - Knowledge of techniques like Dynamic time warping, PCA, Sensor fusion, etc. - Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality control methodologies. - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. - Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL) and data warehousing solutions. - Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for advanced anomaly detection. - Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in algorithm development. - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and algorithm development. - Experience with data visualization tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
