Job Title: Customer Success Executive – Product Demo & Client Onboarding Role Overview As a Customer Success Executive , you will be the first point of contact for new clients. Your role is to guide, educate, and empower users to get maximum value from our software by conducting product demos, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Key Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 product demos (via Zoom/Google Meet) for new users and explain how to use the platform effectively. Understand each seller’s business setup and customize the demo accordingly. Assist users with account setup, data upload, and first report generation. Follow up post-demo to ensure successful activation and address any queries. Collect feedback and relay insights to the product and sales teams. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM or internal dashboard. Support retention and renewal efforts by ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills in Gujarati and Hindi (additional Indian languages are a plus).
