Your Opportunity

Join BeGig as a Database Developer and work on building, maintaining, and optimizing database systems. Develop efficient and scalable database solutions that power business intelligence, analytics, and application performance.


Role Overview

As a Database Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
  • Write and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
  • Implement and manage database indexing, replication, and backup strategies.
  • Collaborate with data architects, developers, and analysts to design data models.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and performance optimization.


Technical Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years in database development or administration.
  • Tools: Proficiency with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Performance Tuning: Experience optimizing queries, indexing, and database structures.
  • Cloud: Familiarity with cloud database services (AWS RDS, GCP, Azure SQL).
  • Security: Knowledge of data encryption, backups, and disaster recovery.
