Data Test Engineer

Job Description

Hands on data testing. Validation of data extracts Conduct regression, smoke and production testing and analyzing the results to create post release report. Analyzing and synthesizing requirements to create test plan, scope and test cases. Analyzing post production quality and provide metrics for the same. Validation of BI reports QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of relevant experience in data testing. Mandatory Strong SQL skills including complex joins, CTE. Mandatory experience working with heavy data sets. Mandatory Experience with data migration. Experience on python is a plus. High level proficiency using excel. Strong problem identification and solving skills. Validation of BI reports. Should possess strong SQL skills. Works well in a multi-disciplined team environment. Strong communication skills, oral and written - able to engender trust and respect of peers and stakeholders. Capable of juggling a number of priorities and delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Having Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) testing experience is a big plus.
