Job Description

Data Scientist with GenAI expertise

Responsibilities:

Design and develop
data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training pipelines
.
Work with
LLMs, transformers, embeddings
, and vector search for intelligent automation.
Build and fine-tune models using
PEFT / LoRA / prompt tuning
methods.
Support integration of trained models into backend APIs.
Conduct EDA, performance evaluation (Accuracy, F1, Precision, Recall), and model explainability.
Collaborate with the AI Lead and DevOps for deployment and monitoring.
Research and propose the latest GenAI and NLP techniques.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Strong hands-on experience with
Transformers / LLMs / Hugging Face
Knowledge of
LangChain / OpenAI / Cohere / Anthropic APIs
Experience with
text embeddings, semantic similarity, and vector databases
Exposure to
AWS S3, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
