Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML modelling and experience in working with generative AI models to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, forecasting, and model development. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing predictive models to support business decision-making and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for forecasting, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions. Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model development and deployment. Work with large and complex datasets, applying advanced techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) to extract valuable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver actionable AI-driven solutions. Evaluate model performance using statistical and business metrics, and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and data engineers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML modelling, with a strong focus on predictive modelling, forecasting, and working with generative AI techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques. Experience in working with time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Hands-on experience in generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and other deep learning techniques. Strong understanding of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
