Job Description

Location: Bengaluru,pune

Lead end-to-end development of ML and GenAI models including CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and Bi-Encoders.
Architect and deploy real-time AI solutions using TorchServe, Docker, REST APIs, and cloud-native tools (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
Design anomaly detection, fraud prediction, and risk scoring systems using XGBoost, LightGBM, and PySpark.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Ensure model governance, compliance (MRM, SHAP, audit logs), and Responsible AI standards.
Build agentic AI systems using LangChain, CrewAI, and custom multi-agent protocols (MCP, A2A).
Optimise model latency, cost, and scalability across distributed environments.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to capability building across pods.
