Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Machine Learning, be hands-on with Python, and be well-versed with core data science libraries. You'll be responsible for building predictive models, analyzing data at scale, and deriving actionable insights to drive business and product decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
Work extensively with data to perform exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Implement and experiment with ML algorithms using Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
Optimize workflows for scalability, performance, and automation.
Communicate insights and results effectively through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
Strong coding skills in Python with deep familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
Experience in working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems with data-driven approaches.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good To Have

Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
