Company Name: ValuEnable (A Zerodha backed Insurtech) We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead our Data Analytics team. The individual will work directly with the co-founders and be responsible for ongoing projects involving predictive modelling, AI-driven automation and lead project pipeline on other generative AI applications. The Data Scientist will be responsible for, Lead ongoing projects on various AI/ML applications to deliver desired business objectives Work on NLP and AI-driven automation to improve customer interactions (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis). Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for real-time analytics and reporting. Guide a team of junior analysts on sub-tasks to ensure on-time project delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure the effectiveness of business strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, InsurTech, and data science to drive innovation. The Data Scientist is required to have, Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Minimum 5 years experience in Data science or related functions Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn) Expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data wrangling. Understanding of insurance data, underwriting, claims, and fraud analytics (preferred). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data engineering and model deployment. Experience with NLP, LLMs, and AI-driven customer support solutions Experience in leading teams for at least 2 years Why Should You Consider Working (In this Role!)
