Job Description

Experience Required: 4-5 years (with at least 2-3 years in Coaching/EdTech) Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy predictive models, recommendation systems, and statistical analysis to improve user engagement and learning outcomes. Work with large-scale educational datasets to extract insights and optimize student learning paths. Design A/B testing strategies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of product features. Implement machine learning algorithms to personalize learning content and improve platform efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive data-informed decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards & reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. Ensure data integrity, quality, and security in all analytical processes.Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics,Mathematics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python/R & SQL for data analysis and model building. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset.
