Data Scientist - SQL / Python

We are looking for a Senior Conversational Architect with strong expertise in Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, and AgentSpace, to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent conversational agents across voice and chat channels. The ideal candidate will also serve as a Team Lead, managing stakeholders and guiding the team through agile delivery cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Conversational AI Architecture :

- Design, build, and optimize conversational experiences using Dialogflow CX, including Flows, Pages, Intents, Entities, and Routing.- Develop structured Playbooks for conversation design and reuse across multiple projects.- Lead efforts in productionising voice and chat agents for enterprise-scale deployment.- Design and execute Test Cases and define KPIs for continuous evaluation and improvement of virtual agents.

Vertex AI & AgentSpace :

- Leverage Vertex AI to integrate large language models (LLMs) with custom business logic for advanced conversational experiences.- Use AgentSpace to orchestrate multi-agent workflows and enhance AI-powered automation.

Technical Proficiency :

- Write and deploy serverless functions using Python (Cloud Functions, Colab) to extend agent functionality.- Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL (BigQuery) to monitor agent performance and user behavior.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and analysts with a focus on collaboration, quality, and timely delivery.- Drive team ceremonies (standups, retros, planning) using Agile methodologies.- Manage stakeholders through clear communication, expectation setting, and demo presentations.

Program Management (Good to Have) :

- Contribute to roadmap planning, resource estimation, and program tracking for Conversational AI initiatives.
