Responsibilities

Lead and deliver Data Science / ML models for Marketing Analytics, Retail, and CPG domains.
Work on large datasets using Python, SQL, PySpark, and AWS cloud platforms.
Apply supervised & unsupervised learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, ensemble models, neural networks).
Build and deploy predictive & prescriptive models for business optimization.
Deliver insights via Power BI dashboards and storytelling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience in leading Data Science and Advanced Analytics delivery teams.
Strong statistical programming in Python (cloud-native platforms like AWS Sagemaker, Azure, or GCP preferred).
Hands-on experience with large datasets and big data tools (AWS, SQL, PySpark, etc.).
Strong knowledge in at least two areas:
- Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
- Classification, Regression, Clustering
- Neural Networks
- Ensemble Modeling (Random Forest, Boosted Trees, etc.)
Experience with Pricing models is a plus.
Exposure to at least one domain: Energy, CPG, Retail, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Health, Supply Chain.
Proven client engagement and business development experience.
Ability to thrive in a global, collaborative team environment.
Quick learner with the ability to independently deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters / Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines.
Strong client engagement & team leadership experience.
