Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics.
• Lead and execute

  A/B tests

  , statistical experiments, and hypothesis testing.
• Perform

  EDA, feature engineering

  , and data preprocessing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Convert business problems into analytical frameworks and provide strategic recommendations.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using

  Tableau / Power BI / Plotly

  .
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building best data practices.
• Work on advanced ML / NLP / Computer Vision / GenAI applications (preferred).
  

Key Skills & Expertise

• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in

  Machine Learning

  ,

  Statistical Modeling

  , and

  Predictive Analytics

• Hands-on experience with

  A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and experimentation design

  .
• Good understanding of

  ML Ops

  , model deployment, and performance monitoring (preferred).
• Experience with
