Job Description

Job Title:

This is an offshore position, and we are specifically looking for a candidate who can work with our offshore team based in Hyderabad, India. Since our teams are distributed across multiple geographies, the selected candidate must be able to overlap a few working hours with our onshore team based in the United States to ensure smooth collaboration, communication, and alignment on project deliverables.

Technical Skills

4-8 years experience in applied machine learning/data science.
Strong Python development skills.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake (ADLS), Delta Lake.
Expertise in ML algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, time series, optimization algorithms.
Strong experience in hyper-parameter tuning.
Experience in feature engineering, feature selection, and dimensionality reduction.
Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and model management.
Proficiency with PySpark for large-scale data processing.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple model refresh cycles.
