Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Scientist, based in Delhi. We are looking for a talented and hands-on Data Scientist who has strong experience in LLM-based systems, Vector Databases, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic frame works LangChain, LangGraph. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and deploying intelligent AI-driven applications for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RAG pipelines, Agentic RAG workflows, and LLM-powered automation tools.

• Build knowledge retrieval systems using vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).

• Develop AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, ensuring robust orchestration and tool execution.

• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and embeddings models for domain-specific tasks.

• Implement prompt engineering, context optimization, and memory management within agent workflows.

• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

• Analyze large datasets, build ML models, and deploy them in scalable production environments.

• Maintain and optimize model performance, latency, token usage, and cost-efficiency.

• Document architecture, workflows, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Data Science and Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Visualization
• Solid understanding of Statistics and statistical modeling
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
• Experience with big data tools and platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks is beneficial
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
