Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms in collaboration with the AI/ML team. Drive data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of solutions. Conduct rigorous experiments, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to enhance model performance and effectiveness. Optimize model performance with large-scale datasets, employing advanced techniques and methodologies. Spearhead the integration of AI/ML models into our product ecosystem, seamlessly merging them into product features. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, actively contributing to the team's knowledge base and fostering innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions. Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn etc Demonstrated expertise in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Strong familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures. Exceptional programming skills in Python and a proven ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team. Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
