Role: Data Scientist Location: Mumbai (on-site) Type: Full-time Requirements: 7-12 yrs in data science, analytics or BI consulting with substantial experience in modeling Must-have hands-on experience in: Machine Learning: classical ML algorithms and their use in solving Business problems NLP: text processing, sentiment analysis , topic modeling Deep Learning: Work on setting up and tuning deep neural networks LLMs: Experience with working with LLMs, structured response outputs, agentic systems Python/R (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) & SQL fluency Data-visualization & storytelling skills Proven ability to frame complex business problems as data-science/ML solutions Strong data-cleansing, QC and algorithm-validation skills Excellent written & verbal English; self-starter attitude in a fast-paced startup What You’ll Do Analyze client datasets and design ML/NLP pipelines to solve business problems Build, validate and deploy analytics products within our ecosystem Own data QC, algorithm checks and lead User Acceptance Testing Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Client Solutions to convert insights into dashboards and playbooks Mentor junior analysts via workshops on ML, data-storytelling and emerging AI trends Benefits: Competitive compensation Learning & development ESOPs: Employees will be eligible for equity through our (ESOP), allowing them to share in the company’s long-term growth and success Show more Show less
