We are leading the democratization of AutoML through the DataRobot platform. As an AutoML expert, you will play a key role in scaling machine learning adoption and driving innovation across the organization.


Key Skills

  • Strong data science expertise, including:
  • Time series modeling
  • Classification techniques
  • Regression
  • Model evaluation and interpretation
  • Deep proficiency in DataRobot, including:
  • Navigating the platform
  • Building and deploying models
  • Understanding and explaining predictions and insights
  • Experience in user enablement, training delivery, and community engagement is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DataRobot and AutoML within the AI Champions community
  • Design and deliver training programs and onboarding sessions for diverse user groups
  • Lead support calls, live demos, and office hours to foster engagement and resolve issues
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base and onboarding plan for new users
  • Collaborate with business units and IT to identify and implement high-impact use cases
