Data Scientist

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist to develop data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes and power intelligent decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling, combined with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Modeling

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
• Design, develop, and implement predictive and prescriptive machine learning models.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate findings.
• Conduct feature engineering and data transformation to improve model accuracy.

2. Data Pipeline & Engineering

• Work closely with Data Engineers to design efficient ETL pipelines.
• Handle structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, data lakes, etc.).
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and scalability across platforms.

3. Visualization & Reporting

• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly Dash.
• Present insights to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, data-driven narrative.
• Automate reporting processes to enable continuous insight generation.

4. Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner with cross-functional teams — AI, Engineering, Product, Marketing — to identify data science opportunities.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer experience, operations, and decision-making.
• Collaborate on A/B testing and experimental design for business optimization.

5. Research & Continuous Learning

• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, Data Science, and MLOps.
• Experiment with cutting-edge algorithms and frameworks.
• Contribute to innovation projects, patents, or publications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data querying tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Strong understanding of machine learning, statistics, and probability.
• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control (Git).
