Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a talented Data Scientist with experience in generative AI to join our innovative team. As a Data Scientist at Bluphlux, you will play a crucial role in leveraging advanced AI technologies to enhance our recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in candidate selection.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement generative AI models to improve recruitment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making.
Continuously evaluate and improve AI algorithms to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
Strong programming skills in Python or R.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
