Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Machine Learning: Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition.
• Data Visualization: Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to solve business challenges.
• Data Strategy: Recommend and implement data-driven strategies to improve processes and performance.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data throughout the analytics lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation.
