Data Scientists

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teamsengineering, product, and business—to design and implement scalable ML solutions that power business decisions and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
  
• Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
  
• Work with Python/R for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
  
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics for business cases.
  
• Collaborate with data engineers to implement ML models in production.
  
• Perform feature engineering and model optimization.
  
• Communicate findings effectively through visualizations and reports.
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Languages:

  Python, R, SQL

• ML Libraries:

  scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM

• Data Handling:

  Pandas, NumPy, Spark (preferred)

• Visualization:

  Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly

• Databases:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery (plus)

• Cloud Exposure (Preferred):

  AWS, Azure, or GCP ML tools

• Other:

  Strong statistical and mathematical foundations

Preferred Background:

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  
• Experience in any of the following domains is a plus:

  Fintech, E-commerce, Healthcare, BFSI, or Retail.
