You will be part of a dynamic team at Tata Electronics Private Limited, a greenfield venture of the Tata Group specializing in manufacturing precision components. As a member of this team, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to address complex business challenges, translating analytical insights into practical business solutions. - Create computer vision algorithms and deploy them in production environments, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and infrastructure. - Collaborate with domain experts to understand business requirements, define problem statements, and establish success metrics aligned with organizational objectives. - Work alongside data engineers to design and implement efficient data pipelines supporting model development, training, and deployment. - Analyze large datasets to uncover valuable insights, identify patterns, and drive data-informed decision-making throughout the organization. - Engage with the AI team of the parent company (PSMC) to align strategies, understand use cases, and leverage existing resources and expertise. - Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for scalability, enabling them to handle increased data volumes and maintain performance across various conditions. - Monitor model performance post-deployment, establishing systems to track key metrics and ensure compliance with performance standards. - Uphold data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes, addressing data gaps or inconsistencies before model development. - Effectively communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations that translate complex analyses into actionable insights. In addition to your responsibilities, it is essential that you possess the following attributes: - Willingness to work in the semiconductor domain and contribute to building cutting-edge AI/ML systems. - Proficiency in Computer vision and Python programming. - Ability to understand and debug code, along with familiarity with Linux OS. - Experience in handling large datasets, enhancing data pipelines, and a deep understanding of CNN, RNN, DNN Mathematics. - Prior experience in deploying computer vision models and excellent teamwork skills for collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical issues and solutions to cross-functional teams. - Enthusiasm for learning new AI/ML technologies and tools. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - A degree in BE/ME in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electronics Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics. You are required to have 2 to 5 years of experience to be considered for this position.,
