Data Science Programs Lead

As a Data Science Programs Lead Associate Director at EY, you will have the opportunity to lead the Data Engineering and Data Science pillars within the Global Analytics team, working with EY's leadership teams to ensure that data and analytics-driven insights are used in strategic and operational decision-making across the firm. Your role will involve scoping, exploring, and delivering advanced data science and machine learning projects to drive growth and create efficiencies. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting and collaborating closely with the Global Analytics team lead and other pillar leads - Using agile best practices to effectively manage team priorities and workflow across multiple projects - Ensuring high standards are maintained in terms of your team's work, including robust processes for validation, testing, and release management - Being a thought leader by proactively driving recommended next steps based on EY's needs for predictive insights - Coaching and developing the team to ensure they have the right skills to succeed and improve weak spots - Communicating developments eloquently to stakeholders, including non-technical senior leaders and other technical teams To qualify for this role, you must have: - An excellent track record in leading teams to develop data science and machine learning solutions - The ability to generate rapport and build trust with key stakeholders - Strong experience creating and managing automated ETL processes for machine learning pipelines - Practical experience performing exploratory analytics and creating data science pipelines using Python and SQL Additionally, experience with Graph databases, metadata management, LLMs using vectorized and structured data, and PowerBI is advantageous.
