About the Role

Data Science Intern

Key Responsibilities

Work with the data science team to collect, clean, and analyze datasets.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends.
Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models under guidance.
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
Assist in deploying models and monitoring their performance.
Document processes, insights, and results for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proficiency in
Python
(pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and
SQL
.
Understanding of statistics, probability, and data structures.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau/PowerBI).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
