We are seeking a passionate Data Scientist to help drive innovation and analytics across our research, marketing, scheduling, and sales functions. In this role, you will build and deploy machine learning models using large-scale datasets, focusing on statistical modelling, predictive analytics and advanced AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python or R, solid statistical grounding, and the ability to work with audio/video data and large language models (LLMs). You'll be responsible for creating intelligent scoring, forecasting, recommendation, profiling systems and delivering business-impactful insights through a research-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Build predictive models such as forecasting, optimization and recommendation engines using behavioural and consumption data.

Develop AI models for audio and video content enhancement.

Apply LLMs and GenAI techniques to improve content quality and personalization.

Analyze social media data (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) using sentiment analysis,theme detection and NER.

Write clean, modular, and efficient code to build production-grade ML pipelines.

Deliver best-in-class analytics solutions and maintain analytical infrastructure.

Proactively identify new data opportunities and solve problems through data-driven approaches.

Translate business problems into structured analytical problems with clear model frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align and deliver project outcomes.

Lead agile analytics workflows including hypothesis testing and experimentation.

Support deployment and maintenance of analytical models and dashboards.

Ensure proper data source identification, metric tracking, and reporting standards across projects.

Graduate or master’s degree in engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or relevant quantitative discipline.

Hands-on experience in applied analytics – predictive modelling, clustering, segmentation, and statistical analysis.

Proficient in Python or R (mandatory) with sound understanding of statistics and machine learning.

Experience with SQL and big data querying tools.

Familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Cassandra, Storm (preferred).

Experience handling audio and video data; knowledge of ASR, TTS, STT technologies is a plus.

Exposure to LLMs and GenAI tools and their application in solving real-world business problems.

Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Strong academic track record, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
