The company, a fast-growing organization, offers opportunities for your performance and contribution to propel you into leadership positions swiftly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing applications using the latest LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and Gen AI - Support campaign optimization using statistical and machine learning models - Analyze advertising performance metrics and trends to contribute to predictive modeling for ad performance - Help develop automated optimization algorithms and analyze large datasets (>100mn's rows) for actionable insights - Develop and maintain ML models for campaign optimization and creating/maintaining data pipelines - Build and enhance dashboard visualizations and support A/B testing and performance analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical processes and findings **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in data science or a related field - Strong Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) - Understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts - Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) - Basic SQL knowledge and strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Additional Details:** - Nice to Have: Experience with LLM frameworks and prompt engineering, knowledge of programmatic advertising, familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP), understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs, version control experience (Git), familiarity with tree-based methods and gradient boosting techniques - Technical Skills: Programming (Python, SQL), ML Libraries (Scikit-learn or equivalent, PyTorch), Data Analysis (Pandas, NumPy), Visualization (Matplotlib or equivalent, Seaborn or equivalent), BI Tools (Looker), LLM Tools (Lang Chain or equivalent) - Personal Qualities: Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn, good communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented and organized, team player with a collaborative mindset, self-motivated and proactive If you are passionate about AI technologies and data-driven advertising optimization, with the ability to balance multiple projects and learn quickly, this position is tailored for you.,
