Job Description

As a Solution Architect at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data science architectures to support advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and business intelligence. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing robust ETL pipelines using PySpark, Python, and modern frameworks for processing large-scale datasets. - Architecting and deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud using services such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, S3, and BigQuery. - Collaborating with data scientists to ensure that the infrastructure supports predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning workflows. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and ML model deployment to enhance automation and efficiency. - Leading and mentoring a team of data engineers and data scientists to ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and project delivery. - Ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of data platforms through performance optimization. - Working closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions. Your profile should ideally include expertise in the following areas: - Programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL - Strong understanding of ML workflows, data preprocessing, and statistical modeling - Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP (expertise in at least one) - ETL Tools such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or equivalent - CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar - Big Data Technologies like Spark, Hadoop ecosystem - Experience in designing scalable data platforms and solutions - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects At Capgemini, you will enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment where your unique skills and background are valued.
