Data Quality Analyst

As a Data Quality Analyst at TransForm Solutions, your role will involve overseeing the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data throughout our eCommerce cataloguing and back-office operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing and refining quality assurance protocols to ensure all data meets or exceeds set standards. - Identifying and addressing discrepancies or inconsistencies in data output. - Continuously evaluating and improving data handling and quality control processes to enhance productivity and accuracy. - Expertly manipulating and analyzing data using advanced Excel functions and formulas to ensure comprehensive data management without the use of SQL databases. - Conducting in-depth research to validate information and ensure the correctness of data submitted into our systems. - Generating detailed reports on data quality metrics, issues, and resolutions. - Maintaining precise documentation for quality analysis processes and findings to aid in audits and continuous improvement. - Working closely with other analysts, data entry specialists, and department leads to communicate findings and implement changes. - Coaching and training team members on quality standards and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - A minimum of five years of experience in data research and eCommerce cataloguing or related back-office processes in a BPO setting. - At least two years of direct experience as a Quality Analyst. - Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionalities. - Proven passion for coaching and training teams to improve data quality and process efficiency. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to scrutinize large sets of data and draw meaningful conclusions. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high standards of data quality. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate data quality issues and recommendations. - Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, a demonstrated interest or experience in ChatGPT, Generative AI technologies, and their application in data research and analysis will be a significant plus.
