Data QA Tester

Role Overview: As a Data QA Tester at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end testing of web-based financial applications, ensuring the functionality, usability, and performance of Revenue Dashboards, P&L reports, and other financial tools. You will develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for both manual and automated testing scenarios. Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, you will ensure comprehensive test coverage and provide regular test reports and updates to project teams and senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end testing of web-based financial applications, including Revenue Dashboards and P&L reports - Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for manual and automated testing scenarios - Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard tools like JIRA - Conduct UI testing to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple browsers and devices - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage - Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks, scripts, and tools - Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial datasets and systems - Provide regular test reports and updates to project teams and senior management Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Proven experience as a QA Tester in the finance domain, with hands-on involvement in web-based UI testing and data validation - Familiarity with testing financial systems, specifically Revenue Dashboards and P&L attribution reports - Expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar platforms - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for validating financial datasets - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices - Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
