Data QA Engineer

Must Have Skills:

Hands-on experience in
Data Quality Tools
such as Great Expectations, Soda Core, or DBT
Strong
ETL / Data Pipeline / Data Quality Testing
experience
Proficiency in
Python scripting
for building data quality checks
Strong
SQL
knowledge for validating data across reports and dashboards
Hands-on experience in
Playwright with TypeScript
for QA automation
Exposure to
BigQuery
,
Power BI
, or other BI / data analytics tools
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup

Good to Have:

Working knowledge of
DBT
,
Adverity
,
DSPs
,
Advertising platforms
,
GCP
, or
Data connectors
Experience with
Data Observability
platforms or tools
Familiarity with
AI tools and frameworks

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
data validation test cases
using Python and SQL
Perform
ETL / Data Quality testing
to ensure integrity and consistency across data pipelines
Build and execute
Playwright automation
for data validation and web testing
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure
data accuracy in Power BI / BigQuery
Conduct
root cause analysis
for data quality issues and ensure timely resolution
Participate in
continuous integration
and
testing automation initiatives
