Data Platform Engineer (Azure)

As a Platform Engineer in the domain of Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for working with users and utilizing Databricks and Azure daily. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with platform customers to identify emerging needs in collaboration with the platform Product Owner. - Deploying and managing infrastructure resources on Azure for infrastructure provisioning and management. - Implementing and maintaining Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. - Setting up monitoring and logging solutions to ensure platform availability, performance, and security. - Implementing security measures and best practices to protect the platform and its data for security and compliance. - Collaborating with multi-functional teams, effective communication, and documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations are essential for teamwork and communication. - Identifying and resolving issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and platform performance for solving and support. - Continuously finding opportunities to automate manual tasks, improve operational efficiency, and optimize resource utilization for automation and optimization. - Staying updated with the latest Azure services, DevOps practices, and industry trends.
