About The Role

Project Role :Data Platform Engineer

Project Role Description :Assists with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components. Collaborates with the Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
Must have skills :Python (Programming Language)

Good to have skills :PostgreSQL

Summary:We are seeking skilled Python Developers with strong SQL database experience, preferably in PostgreSQL, to join our data engineering and application development teams. This role involves building scalable backend systems, data pipelines, and APIs that support enterprise-grade solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize relational database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.Implement ETL pipelines and data integration workflows using Python and SQL. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with proper documentation and unit testing.Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.Required SkillsProficiency in Python programming with experience in Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL, query optimization, indexing, stored proceduresGood understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API development.Preferred
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience with cloud platforms AWSAdditional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
