Position : Data Operations Associate

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Operations & Management ? Campaign Management: Take full ownership of data handling and updates from the moment a campaign goes live. ? Offer List Maintenance: Accurately record all live campaigns in the central offers list and ensure that details remain current. ? Status Updates: Promptly update the central tracker for any campaign changes—pauses, terminations, or modifications.

2. Monitoring, Verification & Quality Assurance ? Live Verification: Regularly verify campaign status from both publisher and advertiser perspectives to confirm accurate live deployment. ? Data Reconciliation: Compare and reconcile campaign data with advertiser reports to ensure data integrity and flag discrepancies.

3. Detailed Record Keeping ? Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for every Publisher ID (PID), including: ? Campaign Name ? Payouts & Revenue (for margin tracking) ? Publisher Details ? Advertiser Details

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization ? Feedback Collection: Collect and record biweekly performance feedback for all active campaigns. ? MIS Review: Monitor daily MIS reports to ensure campaign caps and budgets are optimized ? Optimization Analysis: Track performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and push for improved outcomes.

5. Internal Communication ? Act as the primary data coordinator, ensuring that all live campaign details, changes, and updates are clearly communicated to the Publisher Team for smooth operations and support.

Requirements & Qualifications ? Experience in data management, campaign operations, or a similar analytical role (Freshers may apply). ? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. ? Basic understanding of affiliate and performance marketing concepts (e.g., Payouts, Revenue, Publisher IDs). ? High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy. ? Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. ? Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
