Role & responsibilities 1. Data Collection & Entry Gather, enter, and maintain accurate data from various sources. Ensure all data is recorded in the correct formats and systems. 2. Data Quality Control Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy. 3. Database Management Maintain and update internal databases or systems. Organize data in a way that is easily retrievable and secure. 4. Reporting & Analysis Generate reports from databases as per management requirements. Assist in analyzing data trends to support decision-making. 5. Data Security & Confidentiality Handle sensitive information responsibly and securely. Ensure compliance with data protection policies and regulations. 6. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with different departments to ensure data flow and consistency. Communicate data issues or updates with relevant teams. 7. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline data processes. Suggest and implement improvements in data handling practices. 8.
