Job Description Role & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain daily MIS for project-wise client acquisition. Prepare detailed reports analyzing project-wise sales and revenue performance. Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive customer database to support reporting for the CRM team and internal departments. Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards with insightful analysis for senior management, including monthly performance presentations. Design and maintain operational scorecards to track KPIs; assist with volume forecasting and capacity planning. Analyze sales performance and market trends across various channels to support strategic planning. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Management Information Systems (MIS). Conduct regular data analysis to generate actionable insights and periodic reports. Develop and enhance MIS processes for customer management and internal communications. Deliver robust reporting and analytical support to the management team. Coordinate closely with the app development team to ensure smooth operational integration and data flow. Liaise with all branch offices to address operational issues, ensure process consistency, and drive timely resolution of any concerns. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors degree Experienced MIS and Strategist with 1+ years' expertise. Advance knowledge of excel & Google Sheets Skilled in generating reports, data analysis, and team coordination for effective problem solving Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
